Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. As a Reiki practitioner, universal life energy is channeled from myself into my clients by gently placing my hands on or near their body to direct the energy flow (this can also be done virtually). The energy helps clear blockages, balance the body’s energy centers (chakras), and restore harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It’s a gentle and holistic practice suitable for anyone, regardless of age or condition and can complement other forms of healing and medical treatments. As a Reiki practitioner I can channel healing energy to someone who is not physically present by focusing my intention and using specific techniques to connect energetically with a client.
